Lectures, classes, presentations, and demonstrations are available to any organization or institution. Sponsoring bodies are responsible for making all site arrangements and developing an appropriate audience. Sponsors provide an honorarium, and travel expenses if appropriate as per fee schedule. Hourly fee information can be requested here.

EXPENSES:

A) Honoraria — min. per day

B) Travel — per mile (or as per sponsor’s transportation arrangements)

C) Per Diem — depending on terms if travel equals or exceeds 125 miles.
