Lectures, Presentations, etc.Lectures, classes, presentations, and demonstrations are available to any organization or institution. Sponsoring bodies are responsible for making all site arrangements and developing an appropriate audience. Sponsors provide an honorarium, and travel expenses if appropriate as per fee schedule. Discussion is necessary to determine type and length of the program and description of the audience, its needs, and special local concerns with a topic, and any unusual features related to the timing and location of the program. In making arrangements with the presentor, confirmation of date, place and any special requirements for the occasion shoould be in writing. Sponsore are responsible for any necessary equiptment, making room reservations, and similar requirements. All biographical information, including photographs, should be requested well in advance for press releases to the media.
