Burntside Lake, MN

Lake Burntside is the only place in Minnesota I've spent any amount of time. It is a place with about 400 property owners but, only about 40 live here year round. As you should already know, Minnesota is know for extremely cold winters, although the past few years have not been terribly harsh. Anyway, from the loading dock near these rocks we pushed off heading into that little gap just to the left of where the bow is pointing. It was about 7 miles of canoeing roundtrip. [map]
